AURALION TECH LLC - DIGITAL PRODUCT LICENSE AGREEMENT

1. DEFINITIONS
"Product" refers to the digital software, code, templates, or digital assets purchased through auraliontech.com. "Licensee" refers to the individual or entity purchasing the Product. "Licensor" refers to Auralion Tech LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company.

2. LICENSE GRANT
Upon successful payment, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the Product for personal or commercial projects. This license permits: (a) Use in unlimited personal projects; (b) Use in unlimited commercial projects; (c) Modification of the Product for your own use; (d) Creating derivative works for your own projects.

3. RESTRICTIONS
Licensee shall NOT: (a) Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Product or any derivative works; (b) Share access credentials or Product files with third parties; (c) Use the Product to create competing products or templates for sale; (d) Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels on the Product; (e) Claim ownership of the original Product code or design.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Product remain with Auralion Tech LLC. This license does not transfer ownership of any intellectual property. Licensee acknowledges that the Product contains proprietary information and trade secrets.

5. DELIVERY
Digital products will be delivered via email to the address provided at purchase within 24 hours of payment confirmation. Products are delivered as downloadable files or repository access links.

6. REFUND POLICY
Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided if: (a) The Product is significantly different from its description; (b) Technical issues prevent the Product from functioning as described and our support team cannot resolve the issue within 14 days.

7. WARRANTY DISCLAIMER
THE PRODUCT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. LICENSOR DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE PRODUCT WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED.

8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
IN NO EVENT SHALL AURALION TECH LLC BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF THE USE OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCT. TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE OF THE PRODUCT.

9. SUPPORT
Product includes 12 months of email support for technical issues directly related to the Product. Support does not include customization, integration assistance, or general programming help.

10. UPDATES
Licensee is entitled to all updates and bug fixes released for the Product. Major version upgrades may require additional purchase.

11. TERMINATION
This license is effective until terminated. Licensor may terminate this license if Licensee breaches any terms. Upon termination, Licensee must destroy all copies of the Product.

12. GOVERNING LAW
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Wyoming.

13. ENTIRE AGREEMENT
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings.
